Webmail to Outlook Setup Guide for Laptop and Desktop

1. To connect your webmail with IMAP or POP3, open the Outlook Application on your Laptop or Desktop and follow the below steps. It is advised to use the most recent version of Outlook Application for better results.
Click File → Info → Add account.
The Outlook wizard for setting up a new account will open up. See the below screenshots to make sure you are in right way.
2. Enter your webmail email address to add your account. You can add many email addresses in the same application. But can not add the same email twice. Make sure you haven’t added your webmail before.
3. Click on Advanced options and check the box for “Let me set up my account manually“.
4. Click on Connect.
5. Choose the account type IMAP or POP3
Special Notes:
IMAP-Can be synchronized to all of your devices. If you use multiple devices to send and receive your email, then choose IMAP option.
POP3- Onely synchronized to a single device. Your sent and receive item will be shown in only device you use.
The dialog POP/IMAP Account Settings will open up.
6. Make sure the following server settings: This is the most important part of your setup process. Make sure, you have put all fields correctly. Double-check all the information you provided before the next step.
Always select the email encryption method as SSL/TSL. This will lead you to load your emails in secured connections.
Incoming mail Server: Enter host32.registrar-servers.com
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing mail Server: Enter host32.registrar-servers.com
SMTP Port: 465
7. Once Server Information is complete
Click on Next and the below dialog box will open for password authentication.
8. Enter your Webmail password in the blank field and click Connect to complete the setup.
If your webmail password is correct, the setup will be completed automatically. Click on OK to close the application window.
9. Reopen the Outlook Application and see the Inbox, Outbox, and Sent Boxt directory. Start using it accordingly.
